France – Refuse disposal and treatment – Collecte, traitement et élimination des déchets

This contract is a framework agreement with order forms with a maximum amount in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-12 of the Code de la Commande Publique. Lots 001 to 014 concern only the needs for the Hôpitaux Civils de Colmar (HCC), by type of waste, they will be the subject of single-award framework agreements with order forms. Lots 101 to 114 concern the establishments members of the GHT11 which may resort to a subsequent multi-award framework agreement with order forms. The maximum annual amount for all lots is 2 940 000 EUR excluding tax, i.e. 650 000 EUR excluding tax for lots 001 to 014 (HCC) and 2 290 000 EUR excluding tax for lots 101 to 114 (GHT). It is concluded for an initial period of one year from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, renewable by tacit agreement 3 times, without exceeding the date of 31 December 2030.
