Description

The public service contract concerns the operation of rail links between Paris, Limoges and Toulouse (713 km) and between Paris and Clermont-Ferrand (419 km) in accordance with the following principles: 1/ a minimum frequency of 11 round trips for Paris-Limoges-Toulouse and 9 round trips for Paris-Clermont-Ferrand. Candidates are free to propose a higher frequency (additional round trips); 2/ the list of stations served must be at least equal to the current list; 3/ a high level of service quality, punctuality, welcome, information and comfort. The rolling stock mobilized as part of the tender will consist of 28 "Oxygène" type trainsets, fully funded by the State. The complete commissioning of the entire fleet on the two lines concerned is scheduled for the end of 2027. Furthermore, the associated routine maintenance facilities for this material are also funded and deployed by the State. They are located in particular at Paris-Masséna and Villeneuve-Saint-Georges (Île-de-France), Brive-la-Gaillarde (Nouvelle-Aquitaine), Clermont-Ferrand (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) and Toulouse (Occitanie). At the end of the tender, these rolling stocks and fixed installations are made available by the State to the successful operator according to modalities to be specified.
