Construction of a building with patient wards, patient admission and clinical medical services (basement - 7th floor) and connection to the existing structures with the following specifications:

New construction basement to 6th floor plus helipad:

Basement:

- Patient supply (storage/ archive)

- Flood-proof power station

Ground floor:

- Main entrance

- Chapel

- Clinical medical services

1st - 5th floor:

- Patient wards

6th floor:

- Technical control centres

7th floor:

- Helipad

Connection to the existing building part C via basement to 4th floor.

The use of the above floors is planned as follows:

The areas in the basement will be used, in addition to a flood-proof technical control centre, which is partially arranged next to the main building, for patient supply (logistics, food, laundry, etc.). The ground floor of this new building will house patient admission and clinical medical services. There will also be a chapel and areas that can be operated as a café/kiosk. From the 1st to the 5th floor, patient wards are planned. The 6th floor houses the technical control centres, the ventilation systems of which supply the entire building or the new construction. A helipad is planned for the 7th floor to meet the requirements for the expanded emergency care of level II (according to G-BA). The connection to the existing buildings is made from the basement to the 4th floor via staircases and elevator systems. The height differences from the existing building to the new building must be taken into account.
