Romania – Refuse and waste related services – Delegarea gestiunii activității de colectare separată şi transport separat al deşeurilor menajere şi al deşeurilor similare provenind din activităţi comerciale din industrie şi instituţii, inclusiv fracţii colectate separat, pentru UAT Chitila

The procurement procedure organised by the contracting authority has as its object the delegation of the management of the activity of separate collection and separate transport of household waste and similar waste from commercial activities, industry and institutions, including separately collected fractions, for UAT Chitila, this activity being defined in accordance with the provisions of art. 2, para. (3), lit. a) of Law no. 101/2006, republished. The sanitation activity to be provided at the level of the contract to be awarded as a result of this procedure includes:

- the separate collection and separate transport of household waste and similar waste from commercial activities, industry and institutions, including separately collected fractions;

- the separate collection and separate transport of waste from dwellings, generated by interior/exterior renovation and rehabilitation activities;

- the separate collection and separate transport of bulky, household and similar waste, outside of regulated collection campaigns;

- the separate collection and separate transport of waste from public events - fairs, festivals, concerts, fairs, campsites and other similar situations or locations;

- the separate collection and separate transport of municipal waste abandoned in the public domain or in the private domain of UAT Chitila, with the exception of municipal waste abandoned on public thoroughfares, according to the law;

- the separate collection and separate transport of waste from abandoned construction works in the public domain or in the private domain of UAT Chitila, with the exception of construction waste abandoned on public thoroughfares, according to the law;

Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/supplementary information regarding the award documentation up to the 18th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/supplementary information regarding the award documentation on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will not respond to requests for clarification submitted after the set deadline.
