The consultation booths are to be used as freestanding room-in-room systems at administrative locations of the City of Zurich. The booths serve as flexible retreats for concentrated work, confidential discussions, telephone calls, and video conferences within existing office spaces. The service includes the delivery, installation, commissioning and functional testing of modular consultation booths for one to four persons, including furnishing, electrification, etc., during the three-year contract period and the optional two-year contract extension, and the obligation to dismantle, store, and rebuild, as well as service activities for 5 years. The offered products must meet the defined requirements regarding acoustics, ventilation, lighting, safety, sustainability, and management.
