Netherlands – Architectural design services – Architect MFA Wilhelminadorp

The contract involves the preparation of a comprehensive design for the new construction of the Multifunctional Accommodation (MFA) Wilhelminadorp in Best at the current location. The existing school building BR!CKS, community centre Kadans, daycare Little People and the gymnasium will be demolished to make way for the new construction. For this new construction, the municipality now wishes to select a design team as a first step to create a design on the basis of which a final decision (credit release) can be made in the council. Subsequently, in the event of a positive decision in the council, a design must be made on the basis of which this building can be tendered and realised.
