Finland – Cleaning and sanitation services – Toimitilojen käyttäjäpalvelut 2021–2025 (DPS)

The target of this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also “DPS”) is the provision of user services for premises and the production of related additional services for the customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter Hansel) under the conditions defined in the invitation to tender in the locations and premises defined by the customer. The target of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes.

DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM CATEGORIES

The dynamic purchasing system is divided into three (3) mutually independent categories. The categories include the following service combinations with additional services:

- Category 1: Cleaning services and Security and reception services

- Category 2: Cleaning services and Catering services support tasks

- Category 3: Additional services for premises

A candidate may apply to one or more categories with one application. For clarity, it is stated that the candidate must submit the required appendices and statements to each category applied for, demonstrating the candidate's suitability and compliance with the invitation to tender.

DURATION OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM

The DPS is valid until 31.12.2027, unless it is terminated earlier. During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates can submit an application to it. Hansel Oy's customers carry out the procurements in each category of the DPS among the approved candidates with the category-specific internal competitions of the DPS, which may be scheduled for the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 18.06.2021, unless a different date results from an extension of the establishment phase, and ends when the validity period of the DPS ends. Hansel has the right to terminate the dynamic purchasing system during its validity.
