The contract involves the maintenance of the PzH2000 digital system. Bidders must consider, when submitting their offers, that the details for each lot are derived from past values and estimated requirements, and may include any additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate from the quantities required for each supply number contained in a lot. In any case, the upper limit for each order is the total quantity specified in the relevant lot (estimated requirement + safety margin). This contract does not obligate the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins on 01.01.2027 and ends on 31.12.2030. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to optionally extend the framework agreement until 31.12.2033. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
