France – Statutory audit services – Mission légale de commissariat aux comptes pour le Groupe RATP - Mandat exercices 2027 à 2032

This notice aims to establish a multi-beneficiary framework agreement with order forms, without a minimum quantity and with a maximum quantity, for the purpose of carrying out the statutory audit mission of the RATP Group and its subsidiaries, in France and abroad, for the financial years 2027 to 2032. The maximum quantity of the framework agreement has been determined on the basis of the forecast scope of the entities falling within the scope of the statutory audit mission of the RATP Group, i.e. a maximum of 113 entities distributed in France and abroad. The contract will be awarded to two Contractors. The general statutory audit mission includes: - An audit mission leading to the certification of: • the consolidated accounts and consolidated sustainability information (CSRD) of the RATP Group • the social accounts of the RATP EPIC (including the separate accounts of its separately accounted establishments) • the consolidated and social accounts of the RATP Dev subsidiary and its subsidiaries in France and internationally • the consolidated and social accounts of the CAP IDF subsidiary and its subsidiaries in France, • the social accounts of the other subsidiaries. - Transversally: • Complementary missions to certification missions (normative evolutions and interpretations, etc.) • Missions falling within the scope of ancillary services to statutory audit (SACC). RATP has set up a purchasing group with its subsidiaries in order to pool the purchase of the statutory audit mission services common to the parties. RATP is designated by all members of the group as the coordinator of the group. The execution of the contract is reserved for natural and legal persons registered on a list of statutory auditors in accordance with the provisions of Book VIII of the Commercial Code relating to the legal audit of accounts. The expected start date of the service is set for April 2027.
