Description

This notice concerns the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), with the following provisions:

1. The subject of the successive orders to be awarded under the DPS will be the supply of IT equipment.

2. The Buyer estimates the total quantity of the ordered assortment to be approximately:

1) Computer monitors – 1600 units

2) PC computers with operating system – 1200 units

3) AiO computers with operating system – 500 units

4) Portable computers with operating system – 500 units

5) Access licenses (DEVICE CAL) – 2200 units

6) Document scanners – 400 units

7) Multifunction devices – 200 units

8) Printers – 600 units

3. The Buyer plans to award 1 larger order each year (approx. 400 monitors, 300 computers, 100 portable computers, 400 access licenses) and 1-2 smaller orders during each quarter. The awarding of orders will depend on the needs of the Buyer and the available funds.

4. To confirm that the offered IT equipment meets the requirements of the Buyer, the Contractor will be obligated to submit, along with the offer, the relevant documentary evidence. The type of documents will be specified each time in the invitation to tender.

5. If the Contractor does not submit the aforementioned documentary evidence or the submitted documentary evidence is incomplete, the Buyer, in accordance with Article 107 of the Pzp Act, will request their submission or completion.

6. The Buyer may request clarification regarding the submitted documentary evidence. The Buyer does not envisage a local inspection.

7. The Buyer does not envisage awarding orders as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Pzp Act.

9. The execution of the order does not require employment under an employment contract.

10. The Buyer does not require the employment of persons as referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act.

11. The Buyer does not set requirements regarding the possibility of applying for the award of an order exclusively by contractors as referred to in Article 94 of the Pzp Act.

12. The Buyer does not make a reservation regarding the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor of the key parts of the order.

13. The envisaged period of validity of the DPS: until 29.06.2029.
