France – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Accord-Cadre Etudes Socio Economiques

This framework agreement aims to support the operational entities of SNCF Réseau in assisting the economic study managers of the Regional Directorates or the Head Office in producing mobility and traffic studies and economic and social evaluations. These studies may be conducted on all or part of the national territory or on projects for the development, modernisation or regeneration of the network. The framework agreement is national, with subsequent contracts, and divided into 2 technical lots detailed in this notice. Its duration is 4 firm years and 2 possible extensions of 1 year each. It is concluded without a minimum commitment, but with a maximum commitment detailed by lot in this notice.
