The task consists of 70 to 80 dwellings, of which at least 28 social rental dwellings, supplemented with affordable and mid-range rental and/or for-sale dwellings and for-sale dwellings in the open market. The housing programme targets a mixed target group, with a focus on starters and seniors. In addition to the housing programme, the task consists of: A child centre for education and childcare; A social meeting space; A commercial care space; A green park zone with water retention and facilities for sport, play and meeting; Parking, including partially sunken or semi-sunken parking. The land price of plot A, B and C will be determined on the basis of a valuation protocol, which the municipality will provide to the selected candidates at the start of the tendering phase. There is a minimum price of 760,000 euro exclusive of VAT/ovr for plot A (approximately 600 m2), 1,427,000 euro exclusive of VAT/ovr for plot B (approximately 900 m2) and 2,220,000 euro exclusive of VAT/ovr for plot C (approximately 1,400 m2). For plot D, a cost estimate will be used.
