The subject of the tender is the takeover of the telephone customer service of Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG (SSB), including 1st- and 2nd-Level-Support, product and service advice, as well as the processing of selected written customer inquiries. The services include, in particular, the areas of public transport customer service, ticket shop and apps, ticket machines, multimodal mobility offers, SSB Flex, VVS-Rider, timetable information (partially 24/7) and, at a later date, the subscription area. High technical consulting quality, high-level German customer service, qualified agents and supervisors, comprehensive knowledge management, and adherence to defined service and quality indicators are expected.
