The subject of the contract is: "Delivery of food products for the needs of the canteen-restaurant of USOB Semkovo at TU - Sofia". The delivered food products: must be accompanied by a commercial or other document containing a comprehensive list of the goods by assortment, their quantity, batch number for each, as well as other data, in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements for the respective type of product; must be accompanied by a label indicating the content and quantity of the ingredients contained therein at each delivery; must have a good commercial appearance; each delivered product must have a shelf life valid until the date of the respective delivery and with a sufficient remaining shelf life for its consumption of not less than 70 (seventy) percent of the total shelf life declared by the manufacturer, with the exception of fresh fruit and vegetables.
