Deutsche Bundesbank, Zentralbereich BeschaffungenGermanyPublished on Jul 13, 2026
No deadline given

Description

As part of the European System of Central Banks, the IT landscape of the Deutsche Bundesbank is subject to high demands in terms of security and performance. Ongoing digitalisation, regulatory compliance, and increasing demands for digital sovereignty require a comprehensive, future-proof, and resilient IT infrastructure. Against this background, the Deutsche Bundesbank intends to procure Public-Cloud services as part of a Europe-wide tender. The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of Public- and Sovereign-Cloud Services in two lots (Lot 1: Public Cloud Services; Lot 2: Sovereign Cloud Services), each of which is designed to ensure digital sovereignty but has different characteristics. Microsoft Azure is not part of the tender and will be procured separately. The aim is to implement a Multi-Cloud strategy and to utilise modern cloud technologies.
