The subject of the contract is the sale, delivery, installation and commissioning of laundry equipment, i.e. industrial washing machines and dryers for the units of the University of Warsaw supervised by the Office for Social Affairs. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the Specification or "SWZ", and the contract template - the draft contractual provisions constitute Annex 7.
