Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Świadczenie usług odbioru, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych na terenie Gminy Poddębice

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection, transport, and disposal of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Gmina Poddębice. The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts. PART I "Provision of services for the collection, transport, and disposal of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Gmina Poddębice". The subject of the contract are services for the collection, transport, and disposal of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Gmina Poddębice, including: a) collection, transport, and disposal of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Gmina Poddębice; b) equipping with containers and bags for collecting municipal waste from properties residing in the area of the Gmina Poddębice in accordance with the Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in Poddębice and without additional charge for the duration of the contract (in single-family buildings on urban and rural areas, a mixed container-bag system will apply, i.e., a container for mixed waste, bags for selectively collected waste, in multi-family buildings, a container system will apply, i.e., a container for mixed waste, containers for selectively collected waste). The bags and containers will be provided by the Contractor free of charge; c) equipping with containers and bags for collecting municipal waste from properties residing in the area of the Gmina Poddębice during the implementation of the contract in accordance with the notification of the Contracting Authority. Delivery of containers and bags to the indicated properties will take place within 5 working days from the date of the Contracting Authority's notification. This applies to situations of changing the quantity and size of containers on a given property, or new properties if they appear during the implementation of the contract; d) ensuring the collection of selectively collected waste – each fraction from property owners, if they themselves equip the property with containers for selective collection of municipal waste. This does not relieve the Contractor of the obligation to provide bags and collect them from such a property. e) conducting a quarterly collection of furniture and other bulky waste, used electrical and electronic equipment, as well as textiles and clothing in the form of a mobile collection – exhibition in front of the property in the terms given to the residents with at least a two-week notice. PART II "Collection, transport and disposal of selectively collected municipal waste and segregation residues from the property at the following address: a. Urząd Miejski w Poddębicach, ul. Publiczne Przedszkole im. Króla Maciusia Pierwszego w Poddębicach, ul. Przejazd 19, 99-200 Poddębice, f. Publiczne Przedszkole im. Króla Maciusia Pierwszego w Poddębicach, ul. Miła 14/16, 99-200 Poddębice, g. Szkoła Podstawowa w Bałdrzychowie, Bałdrzychów 13A, 99-200 Poddębice, h. Szkoła Podstawowa im. Tadeusza Kościuszki w Niemysłowie, Niemysłów 32a, 99-200 Poddębice, i. Szkoła Podstawowa nr 1 im. Lotników Polskich w Poddębicach, ul. Polna 36, 99-200 Poddębice". The subject of this contract are services consisting of: - collection, transport, and disposal of selectively collected municipal waste and segregation residues from the properties, the addresses of which are indicated above; - equipping the above properties with containers and bins marked with the appropriate colour and the name of the waste fraction being collected. The Contractor will provide the containers and bins free of charge. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in the scope of Part I of the contract is Annex No. 11.1 to the Specification of Contract Conditions, and in the scope of Part II of the contract – Annex No. 11.2 to the Specification of Contract Conditions.
