Poland – Construction work – Budowa dwóch punktów czerpania wody na terenie Nadleśnictwa Szczytno

The subject of the contract is construction works, within which two underground firewater reservoirs, so-called water intake points, each with a capacity of 50m3, will be created. The purpose of building the facilities is to improve the forest fire safety of the Szczytno Forest District. The location of the planned water intake points: 1. Nowiny Forest District The object is located on the plot: cadastral unit: 281706_2.0028.3255/3 Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodeship, Szczytno county, Szczytno municipality, Szymany village, Plot No. 3255/3 The investment intention is in accordance with decision no. I/143/26 building permit issued on 22.05.2026 by the Szczytno County Office. 2. Lesiny Forest District The object is located on the plots: a) cadastral unit: 281708_5.0009.3350/3 Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodeship, Szczytno county, Wielbark municipality, rural commune, Lesiny Wielkie village, Plot No. 3350/3 b) cadastral unit: 281705_2.0024.2350/2 Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodeship, Szczytno county, Rozogi municipality, Suchorowiec village, Plot No. 2350/2 The investment intention is in accordance with decision no. I/144/26 building permit issued on 22.05.2026 by the Szczytno County Office. The construction works should be carried out in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, design documentation, detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works – constituting annex no. 3 to the SWZ. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of conducting a site visit to obtain any additional information that may be necessary for the preparation of the offer, the conclusion of the contract and the execution of the contract. The cost of the site visit is borne by the Contractor.
