Award of services for the planning of civil engineering works according to HOAI Part 3 Section 3, § 43 Scope of Services, Performance Phases 1 - 8 and on-site construction supervision + Award of services for the planning of traffic facilities according to HOAI Part 3 Section 4, § 47 Scope of Services, Performance Phases 1 - 8 and on-site construction supervision. The planning and supervision objectives are, on the one hand, the renewal of the sewer in open construction and, on the other hand, the sewer renovation in closed construction, including the renewal of the associated shaft structures. The sewers, constructed in the years 1910, 1933, 1969 and 1991, in Rommer-, Nast-, Hartenstein-, Bottroper Straße must be resized or renewed. The entire renewal section comprises a length of approximately 1,430 m. The measure also includes the renewal of the shaft structures, the creation of the connection points in open construction and the restoration or redesign of the road surfaces. The existing sewers are pipelines in egg-shaped profile construction as well as in vitrified clay and reinforced concrete.
