Denmark – Construction work – Nyt botilbud på Skallerne, Albertslund (genudbud)

Albertslund Municipality and Albertslund Boligselskab v/Bo Vest wish to jointly develop and construct a new housing offer for adults with developmental disabilities. The new housing offer will consist of up to 40 dwellings. The housing offer will be the new home for the residents of the existing housing offers Herstedøster Sidevej and Humlehusene. The new housing offer will be constructed at Skallerne in Albertslund. The procurement covers the turnkey contract for the execution of AB Skallerne and is offered as a negotiated procedure with design as the contract includes design. Arkitema has been involved as a consultant since 2024 in developing values, vision, programme and sketch project as the basis for a forthcoming local plan for the area. Note that this is a re-tendering of a previously cancelled procurement procedure.
