The subject of the public procurement is the supply, through periodic (monthly) orders from the Contracting Authority, of medicinal products for the needs of SBALOZ. The Technical Specification sets out the general and minimum technical requirements for each medicinal product, while Appendix 1, in Excel format, lists the name, technical characteristics, units of measurement, and forecast quantities for each of the listed items, which are an integral part of this documentation. Delivery time for the ordered medicinal products – up to 3 calendar days after receipt of the order. The order is submitted by the Contracting Authority in written form by electronic means. The term for the performance of the supply contracts is 24 months from the date of its entry into force (until the conclusion of contracts under CPO with more favourable conditions for the Contracting Authority). Frequency of orders - once a month, based on forecast calculations, the Contracting Authority submits an order for the quantities it needs for the following month. Depending on the specific needs for medicinal products based on the patients who have arrived during the month, if necessary, the Contracting Authority submits separate (additional) orders. Acceptance and recording of deliveries - the delivery date is considered to be the date on which the goods were received by the Contracting Authority at the place of performance, according to the acceptance/handing over protocol. Place of performance - the deliveries will be made to the following address of the Contracting Authority: Varna, Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. 100, SBALOZ Dr. M. A. Markov – Varna EOOD, Hospital Pharmacy. Payment for deliveries will be made on deferred payment terms - up to 60 calendar days, from the date of receipt of the delivery and after submission of the original invoice issued by the contractor.
