Slovakia – Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and associated equipment – Poskytnutie služby servisných prehliadok, údržby a opráv osobných motorových vozidiel, vrátane dodávok súvisiaceho vybavenia a náhradných dielov

The subject of the contract (services) is the provision of complete service, maintenance and repair of the Contracting Authority's vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority") including the supply of spare parts and consumables. The services include the provision of (i) warranty and post-warranty service, service inspections, repair and maintenance of the Contracting Authority's vehicles and (ii) supply of consumables and original or homologated spare parts for vehicles (homologated in the EU) of the following makes: KIA, Volkswagen, Škoda, Hyundai, Toyota and BMW, which are defined in Annex No. 7 – List of Vehicles of the Framework Agreement. We add that the Contracting Authority expects to purchase approximately six (6) additional mid-range vehicles during the term of the Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority requires that the main place of service provision be the city of Bratislava, which is the seat of the Contracting Authority, and the other places of service provision be the regional capitals of the SR (seats of the regional centres of the Contracting Authority), namely Trnava, Trenčín, Nitra, Žilina, Banská Bystrica, Prešov, Košice. The successful tenderer (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") will provide the services through its branches or through a subcontractor so that the Supplier provides the services at least in each regional capital of the SR, and that for the entire duration of the Framework Agreement. The Supplier is obliged to have an electronic system for managing the automotive service agenda, maintaining records of vehicle maintenance, orders, deadlines for emission and technical inspections, which the Supplier will prove to the Contracting Authority upon request as part of the cooperation before the conclusion of the Framework Agreement.
