France – Air-rescue services – Prestations de transports sanitaires héliportés région Nouvelle-Aquitaine

Helicopter emergency medical services in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region for the following public health establishments: CH de la Côte Basque (SAMU 64A), CHU de Bordeaux (SAMU 33), CHU de Limoges (SAMU 87), CH de Périgueux (SAMU 24) and CHU de Poitiers (SAMU 86). The contract is awarded using the single-supplier framework agreement purchasing technique. It is composite and includes a fixed monthly lump sum corresponding to the provision of the aircraft, the personnel mobilised for the service (pilot, flight assistant, mechanics), the infrastructure, the maintenance services, the structural costs and all the fixed costs associated with each Base and a variable part corresponding to the price per hour of flight, set by Base, including all associated costs, which are incurred as the needs arise, triggered by a mission order requested by the SAMU of each Establishment. In accordance with Article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is planned with no minimum but with a maximum value of 431 000 000 € HT (fixed part + variable part).
