Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Glyceroltrinitrat, ATC C05AE01 für die Zeit 01.05.26 - 30.04.28 (zzgl. V.-Option 1x12 Monate)

Section 130a (8) SGB V enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, a regular process of substance-related, formal tendering procedures is carried out by DAK-Gesundheit in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. For the medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract for the above-mentioned active substance Glyceroltrinitrat, ATC C05AE01, DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude discount contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until the entry into force of new drug discount contracts. A discount contract under the approval model for the above-mentioned active substance will come into force for the first time on 01.05.2026 and will end on 30.04.2028 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It will end automatically with the entry into force of the exclusive contract, regardless of this.
