The present contract concerns design services for the rehabilitation works of the former pharmacy to accommodate the kitchen service. (cf article 1.1 of the Consultation Regulations) This consultation follows the termination of a previous design contract following the AVP phase, which led the Contracting Authority to redefine its needs.
