The subject of the contract is the performance of inspections of the air conditioning systems in diesel locomotives of the SM42, SU4210 and SU4220 series, and repairs to air conditioning systems produced by JMN, Konvekta, Ekoklima A/C in electric and diesel locomotives. 2. The subject of the contract consists of: 1) performance by the Contractor of inspections of a maximum of 100 Konvekta air conditioning systems in diesel locomotives of the SM42, SU4210 and SU4220 series; 2) performance by the Contractor of repairs to a maximum of 800 air conditioning systems produced by JMN (EU/EP07, EP08, EP09, EU07A), Konvekta (EU160, SM42, SU4210, SU4220), Ekoklima A/C (SM60) in electric and diesel locomotives; 3) supply of spare parts. 2. The procedure for awarding the contract is conducted under the open procedure based on the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp" or "Public Procurement Law". The subject contract is a sector contract. 3. Detailed requirements related to the contract are contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ, which are an integral part of it.
