The subject of the framework agreement is the procurement of sanitary materials in the quantities mentioned in the Technical Specifications, Chapter 4. Requested Products - Minimum and Maximum Quantities. NOTE: Pursuant to the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority establishes 1 term - the deadline by which it will provide a clear and complete response to the requests for clarification/additional information from tenderers as follows: The number of days within which clarification requests can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders/ applications is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
