Poland – Motor vehicles – Dostawa fabrycznie nowego Ambulansu Kryminalistycznego TK/DVI wraz z przyczepą dla Laboratorium Kryminalistycznego KWP w Szczecinie

The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 new factory-built Forensic Ambulance TK/DVI with a trailer for the Forensic Laboratory of the KWP in Szczecin, with the possibility of increasing the quantity of ordered vehicles under the option right by a maximum of 1 unit. The ordering party requires that the vehicles purchased under the option be identical to the basic vehicle (guaranteed). 2. The scope, size, quantity and detailed requirements regarding the order have been specified in the detailed description of the subject of the order, which is Annex 1A to the draft contract terms and conditions and in Annex 6 to the SWZ. 3. The ordering party requires the Contractor to provide in the offer, in addition to the price, also: - the brand, model, version and year of manufacture of the vehicle; - the brand, model and year of manufacture of the trailer; - the engine displacement (in cm³); - the maximum net power of the engine (in kW); - four-wheel drive; - automatic gearbox; - warranty for the mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the vehicle, on which the superstructure and the paint coating and perforation of the body elements were made; - warranty for the vehicle superstructure and equipment; - warranty for radio communication; - warranty for priority signalling; - warranty for the trailer. 4. The ordering party requires that the vehicles delivered under the contract be factory new, manufactured in 2026, free from technical and legal defects, approved for circulation, to which third parties do not have the right and which are not the subject of any proceedings and security. 5. The ordering party requires the Contractor to indicate the authorized service stations (name and address) for the proposed vehicle in Poland – the list to be submitted with the offer, may be prepared by the Contractor as a separate document. 6. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order by its own transport to the Transport Department of the KWP in Szczecin, ul. Wernyhory 5, on weekdays from 8.00 – 15.00. 7. Detailed requirements regarding the acceptance, warranty and payment conditions for the subject of the order have been specified in the contract terms and conditions, which are Annex 6 to the SWZ.
