Germany – Engineering design services for mechanical and electrical installations for buildings – Kantine Regierungsviertel Erfurt, Energetische Sanierung der Kantine, Fachplanungen Elektro-, FM-/IT-Anlagen sowie Gebäudeautomation

For the construction project Cantine Regierungsviertel Erfurt, Werner-Seelenbinder-Straße 6 in 99096 Erfurt, the service for the technical planning of building services, electrical, FM/IT systems and building automation, including the services: preliminary design and design (phases 2 and 3 HOAI). The following services are optionally tendered: execution planning, preparation of tendering, participation in tendering and site supervision. Task: The core of the project is the energy renovation of the building section Cantine- Regierungsviertel Erfurt. The project includes the adaptation of the control of the heating and ventilation systems and the renewal of the kitchen and dining room lighting. -- KG 440 / 450: The lighting system in the interior and exterior areas mainly consists of fluorescent tubes of different types. All rooms are manually controlled and are not equipped with presence detectors or daylight-dependent control. The lighting system is to be retrofitted with LED technology. -- KG 480: The existing ventilation systems are 20 years old and were all built without heat recovery and without variable-speed fans. The complete control of the ventilation system is connected to an in-house building management system (GLT) and is maintained by an external service provider. The systems are centrally monitored and optimized. The GLT from Siemens, which is to be expanded, was renewed in 2025 throughout the Regierungsviertel and brought up to the current state of the art. The building management system also needs to be adapted for the ventilation units, heat and electricity meters, the chiller, zone valves, pumps, etc. This should include both operational and energy management.
