Switzerland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – IT-Dienstleistungen Digital Transformation Services & AI Technical Solution & Operation Services

In addition to the in-house services, companies are sought to support the ZHdK for three years (with an option to extend once for two years or twice for one year) with their services in the field of information technology. Specifically, the following services are required: * Lot 1: Digital Transformation Services: Expertise as well as consulting and support for the ZHdK in digital and agile transformation and the associated cultural change. Leadership or support in projects or programmes in the field of digital and agile transformation. * Lot 2: AI Technical Solution & Operation Services: Development, advancement, and operation of AI services as well as the necessary AI platforms, infrastructures, and technical foundations. Implementation, integration, and governance of AI solutions as well as enabling the ZHdK to use artificial intelligence sustainably and securely. The required services are divided into two lots. Each lot consists of one or more profiles for service provision. The specific requirements and activities are described in the two lot descriptions in Chapter 2 per lot. Companies whose core competencies lie in the described areas of the information technology field and who have their own qualified personnel are sought. For each lot, the contract will be awarded to up to three companies. There is no limit to the number of tenders, i.e. tenders may be submitted for both lots. However, it is desirable that companies concentrate on tenders in their respective core competencies.
