Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Heiligenhaus - Umbau des Betriebshofs der Technischen Betriebe - Los 2: Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung

The City of Heiligenhaus has acquired a plot of land with an existing car dealership. It intends to convert the existing building into an operational yard for the Technical Services Heiligenhaus. A feasibility study is available for this purpose. The feasibility study was the basis for the object planning (LPH 2 completed) provided to date, which in turn serves as the basis for further implementation. The cost estimate resulted in total project costs of 5.6 million euros gross. The City of Heiligenhaus is now looking for several suitable contractors to take over the required architectural and engineering services.
