The subject of the tender is the constructive renewal of the riverbank enclosure on the northern shore of the harbour basin C by constructing a new single-layer anchored, braced steel sheet pile wall in front of the existing riverbank structure. The scope of services includes, in particular, the supply and installation of hot-rolled steel sheet piles, the production of the bracing, the anchoring by means of bored or driven piles, as well as the associated structural steelwork. The scope of services also includes the production and assembly of integrated mooring posts, niche bollards, climbing ladders, steel bulwark posts and sockets with warning posts, as well as the performance of pile load tests, earth, backfilling and compaction work, and the production of a surface reinforcement with a water-bound surface including the necessary testing, documentation and proofing services. The scope of services includes the ordnance services, in particular the investigation or proof of ordnance freedom in the areas relevant for special foundation engineering, as well as, if necessary, the construction-accompanying ordnance clearance in coordination with the responsible authorities. If necessary for the maintenance of the port operation, temporary dolphins are also to be supplied, installed, dismantled after completion of use and stored on a surface designated by the client. Before their installation, a professional ordnance investigation of the planned installation area is to be carried out in each case. The work is carried out during ongoing port operations and taking into account operational restrictions due to shipping traffic, loading and unloading processes, changing water levels and obstacles in the subsoil. The services are awarded as a complete service at a lump sum. All described services, including all ancillary services, difficulties, ordnance services, safety and coordination measures, as well as temporary dolphins, are to be calculated into the offered lump sum, unless explicitly specified as a requirement.
