Romania – Supervision of building work – Achiziție Servicii de dirigenție de șantier/Supervizare aferente proiectului "Îmbunătățirea nivelului de trafic al DJ 156 A și DJ 208 G pentru accesul la rețeaua TEN-T”

The subject of the procurement involves the provision of site management/supervision services both in relation to the activities related to the execution of works on DJ 156A lim. județ Bacău – Tazlău- Roznov – Căciulești – Dobreni, km 21+700-64+140 (L=42,440 km), and in relation to the activities related to the execution of works on DJ 208G Hanu Ancutei – Girov, km 30 + 238 – 57+253 (L=27,015 km), as well as the activities related to the relocation of utilities. The designated supervisor is fully responsible for the provision of site management/supervision services for the execution of works on both the aforementioned county roads, as well as the activities related to the relocation of utilities.

NOTE:

a) The deadline by which economic operators can submit requests for clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, as mentioned in section I.3, is 22 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 160 (1) and (2) of Law No. 98/2016.

b) To the extent that clarification requests have been submitted within the deadline specified in the documentation, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all clarification requests by the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 (1) of Law No. 98/2016. For clarification requests received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
