Single-supplier framework agreement with maximum order value, awarded by a contracting authority, without retendering when issuing orders, in accordance with Article R2162-2, paragraph 2, and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement has an initial duration of 12 months. It is renewable 3 times by tacit renewal for a period of 12 months. The total maximum duration of the framework agreement is set at 48 months. Maximum annual amount: 100 000 euros excl. VAT.
