The subject of the procurement is the supply to the Buyer of long-sleeved and short-sleeved shirts, combat shirts, polo shirts and t-shirts, hereinafter also referred to as the "subject of the procurement", divided into 4 (four) tasks (parts), for which the Buyer allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with the following: 1) Task No. 1 – long-sleeved shirts and short-sleeved shirts; 2) Task No. 2 – combat shirts; 3) Task No. 3 – polo shirts; 4) Task No. 4 – t-shirts. 2. The assortment, quantity and detailed requirements regarding the subject of the procurement are indicated in the Subject of the Procurement Description, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. REVERSE PROCEDURE! ONLY THE OFFER FROM THE CONTRACTOR WITH THE HIGHEST RATED OFFER WILL BE CONSIDERED! Based on Article 139(2) of the Act, before selecting the most advantageous offer, the Buyer will invite the Contractor, whose offer was rated the highest, to submit, within the specified deadline, a declaration that they were not excluded and met the participation conditions on the date of the offer.
