Poland – Sacks and bags – Dostawę fabrycznie nowych worków foliowych

Scope of the contract: The subject of the contract is the supply of factory-new plastic bags, divided into 3 parts: Part 1 – includes the supply of factory-new plastic bags: a) for the collection of green waste in brown - transparent colour with single-sided stream printing in green, quantity: - 2,900,000 units, b) for the collection of green waste in the form of diseased plants in brown - transparent colour with single-sided stream printing in red, quantity: - 100,000 units. Part 2 – includes the supply of factory-new plastic bags: a) for the collection of green waste in brown - transparent colour with single-sided stream printing in green, quantity: - 2,900,000 units, b) for the collection of green waste in the form of diseased plants in brown - transparent colour with single-sided stream printing in red, quantity: - 100,000 units. Part 3 – includes the supply of factory-new plastic bags: a) for the collection of municipal waste in black (type 1), quantity - 500,000 units, b) for the collection of municipal waste in black (type 2), quantity - 800,000 units, c) transparent - 200,000 units. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: a) for part no. 1 - attachment no. 1a) to SWZ, b) for part no. 2 - attachment no. 1b) to SWZ, c) for part no. 3 - attachment no. 1c) to SWZ. A single batch of ordered plastic bags will not exceed 200,000 units (for part 1, part 2 and part 3 separately). The purchaser requires that the delivered bags comply with the description contained in attachment no. 1a) to SWZ (for part 1), attachment no. 1b) to SWZ (for part 2) and attachment no. 1c) to SWZ (for part 3). Notice!!! The purchaser will submit the first request for bags constituting the subject of this contract after using the available stock of bags collected at the base of the Company. The purchaser does not allow the contractor to deliver any quantity of bags without submitting a request, as mentioned in § 2, point 5 of the contract project constituting attachment no. 2a) or 2b) to SWZ (for the respective parts). 2. Place of delivery of the subject of the contract: Baza Miejskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Oczyszczania Sp. z o.o., ul. Nowohucka 1, 31 – 580 Kraków. 3. Division of the subject of the contract into parts: The purchaser allows for partial offers (in the scope of part 1 or part 2 or part 3). The contractor may submit an offer for no more than one part. The above also applies to contractors jointly applying for the award of the public contract and each of the entities constituting it. The purchaser does not allow the contractor to submit an offer independently for one part and as a member of a consortium for another part. In such a case, the contractor's offer will be rejected from the procedure. 4. Deadline for the execution of the subject of the contract: successively within 24 months from the date of signing the Contract – with the reservation of the provisions contained in the contract project constituting attachment no. 2a) and 2b) to SWZ (for the respective parts).
