France – Sewerage work – TRAVAUX SUR RESEAUX D'ASSAINISSEMENT (2027 - 2030)

The contract covers the following services: SEWERAGE NETWORK WORKS (2027 - 2030) The subject of the present framework agreement is the works on the sewerage collection networks, for the period from 2027 to 2030, for Cholet Agglomération. The details of the works are indicated in the technical documents of the consultation dossier. The consultation is broken down into three lots:

- Lot No. 1 - Sewerage works for the West of Cholet Agglomération

- Lot No. 2 - Sewerage works for the Centre of Cholet Agglomération

- Lot No. 3 - Sewerage works for the East of Cholet Agglomération

Bids may concern one or more lots. Candidates must submit a separate offer for each lot they respond to.

IMPORTANT: a company, whether it is the lead contractor of a consortium, a subcontractor of a consortium, an individual company or a subcontractor, will only be awarded one lot, in the following order of preference:

- Lot No. 1 - Sewerage works for the West of Cholet Agglomération

- Lot No. 2 - Sewerage works for the Centre of Cholet Agglomération

- Lot No. 3 - Sewerage works for the East of Cholet Agglomération

The framework agreement with purchase orders for Lot No. 1 will take effect as soon as the maximum amount of the current contract is reached (or no longer allows work to be undertaken) or at the latest by 17/11/2027. It will continue until 31/12/2030.

The framework agreement with purchase orders for Lot No. 2 will take effect as soon as the maximum amount of the current contract is reached (or no longer allows work to be undertaken) or at the latest by 17/11/2027. It will continue until 31/12/2030.

The framework agreement with purchase orders for Lot No. 3 will take effect from 17/11/2027 until 31/12/2030.

The services that are the subject of this framework agreement may vary within the following limits:

Maximum commitment over 4 years:

Lot No. 1 9 000 000 € HT or 10 800 000 € VAT incl.

Lot No. 2 9 000 000 € HT or 10 800 000 € VAT incl.

Lot No. 3 7 000 000 € HT or 8 400 000 € VAT incl.
