Netherlands – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Adviesdienst Architectuur & Bouwkunde Nieuwbouw Heer Bokel College Rotterdam

Stichting Yulius Onderwijs and the municipality of Rotterdam have decided to realise replacement new construction for the Heer Bokel College (Heer Bokelweg 260) and the Reijerwaard College (De Quackstraat 77). The new construction will be realised at Prins Alexanderlaan 151 and Tattistraat 13/15 in Rotterdam. The contracting authority has chosen a European non-open procedure for the aforementioned project. The procurement concerns the architectural and engineering consultancy services for the establishment (design, obtaining environmental permit and supporting project management) of the "New Construction Heer Bokel College Rotterdam" Project. The project assignment includes: The realisation of 2 810 m2 BVO educational accommodation for the new construction Heer Bokel College The realisation of 1 200 m2 BVO accommodation for 2 gymnasiums
