Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Dexamfetamin, ATC N06BA02 für die Zeit 01.04.2026 - 31.03.2028 (zzgl. Verlängerungsoption 1x12 Monate)

Section 130a, paragraph 8 of the German Social Code (SGB V) enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount contracts for medicines reimbursed by statutory health insurance. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly conducts substance-related, formal tendering procedures in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the German Competition Act (GWB). For medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract, for the aforementioned substance Dexamfetamin, ATC N06BA02, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude discount contracts for medicines with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new drug discount contracts come into force. A discount contract under the approval model for the aforementioned substance will come into force for the first time on 01.04.2026 and will end on 31.03.2028 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It will automatically end with the entry into force of the exclusive contract, regardless.
