The contract includes optional lots as defined in the technical specifications. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by lump sums. The subject of the tender is the first set of works to be carried out, with the PAW team, the holder of the Framework Agreement for the design of the Monastery of the Clarisses.
