Germany – Ventilation installation work – Spülluftanlagen im Rahmen der Brandschutzsanierung SB-Gebäude

Ventilation work as part of the fire protection renovation of the ZDF broadcasting building in Mainz-Lerchenberg under ongoing building operation. The services include the dismantling of existing purge air systems and the supply and installation of new purge air systems with controlled pressure maintenance for a total of seven stairwells including fans, control cabinets, control and monitoring technology. The service also includes the installation/exchange of F90 ducts, pressure relief equipment via louvre flaps or skylights, push-button call points and fire service switches, the necessary trade cabling as well as adjustment, functional measurement and documentation. The work is carried out in sections during ongoing broadcasting.
