1. The subject of the contract is the provision of training services involving the organisation and delivery of training for participants in the "Science4Business - Nauka dla biznesu" project. 2. The contract is related to the implementation of Project Task No. 2 "Personnel for Technology Transfer" within the non-competitive project entitled "Science4Business – Nauka dla biznesu" (project no: FENG.02.05-IP.07-0002/24), co-financed by the European Funds for a Modern Economy for the years 2021-2027. 3. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ) is in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and is an integral part of it.
