Execution of activities for the expansion of the existing Data Centre in the UNSS building

The subject of the present project is the expansion of the existing Data Centre, located in Building "D", part of the educational complex of UNSS in Sofia. The execution of the present public procurement contract must ensure air conditioning, by adding additional technological consumers, as well as activities related to electrical systems: high-voltage, low-voltage, grounding and lightning protection. The following main activities must be implemented when executing the present public procurement contract:

Supply of equipment; Installation and commissioning of the supplied equipment; Testing and commissioning; Warranty support.

The contractor must supply and install 4 (four) precision air conditioners with direct evaporation, ensuring coverage of the cooling loads in the existing Data Centre. The air conditioners must be designed for indoor installation, with front intake and top discharge, with characteristics described in the technical specification. The contractor must provide an external condenser with vertical ventilation for each indoor unit, complete with integrated electrical supply and fan speed control, with characteristics described in the technical specification. For draining the condensate from the indoor units in cooling mode, the contractor must provide a drainage system made of thermally insulated PVC pipes, connected to the drainage system via a trap. All activities and materials to be provided by the contractor are described in the technical specification. To implement the above-mentioned activities, the contractor must also carry out activities divided into the following parts:

Distribution boards and power installations, quantities and characteristics are described in the technical specification. Low-voltage installations – SCS, quantities and characteristics are described in the technical specification. Lightning protection and grounding installations, quantities and characteristics are described in the technical specification.
