The contracting authority plans to carry out a marine biological research cruise in the spring of 2027 in the southern North Atlantic ("Research Cruise 2027"). To implement this research project, the contracting authority is procuring, as part of the present procurement procedure, the charter of a blue-water capable research vessel with crew.
