Germany – Construction work – Stadt Waiblingen; Schlüsselfertige Planung, Lieferung, Errichtung und - optional - Vermietung einer modularen Unterkunft zur Unterbringung schutzbedürftiger Personen (Anschlussunterbringung)

The City of Waiblingen intends to construct a modular accommodation facility for the accommodation of persons in need of protection on a total area of approximately 9,632 m² at the Fellbacher Weg site in 71332 Waiblingen (plot 2388-2394). A two-stage EU-wide procurement procedure will be conducted to select a suitable contractor. The project description attached to the procurement documents is intended to inform potential tenderers in the selection competition and to provide interested companies with a first overview of the project. It does not replace a functional specification or other procurement documents. The subject of the procurement is the planning and turnkey construction of an accommodation facility for 350 persons in need of protection. The contractor must assume all the services required for construction and commissioning, including documentation. Depending on the contract model, additional maintenance services and the take-back of the modules must be assumed.
