Greece – Computer-related services – 10/ΚΔ/2026 Διακήρυξη Ηλεκτρονικού Ανοικτού (Διεθνούς) Άνω των Ορίων Διαγωνισμού του Έργου «Παροχή ολοκληρωμένων Λύσεων Κυβερνοασφάλειας προς την εταιρία Ελληνικά Αμυντικά Συστήματα ΑΕΒΕ (ΕΑΣ) για περίοδο τριών (3) ετών»

The subject of the contract is the Provision of comprehensive Cybersecurity Solutions to the company Hellenic Defense Systems S.A. (HDS) for a period of three (3) years. The services provided are classified under the following CPV codes:

 48000000-8: «Software packages and computer systems»

 72500000-0: «Computer services»

 72261000-2: «Software support services»

 80533100-0: «Training services in the field of information technology» The submission of tenders relates to the entire contract and is not divided into sections due to the relevance, complementarity and interdependence of the required services. The estimated value of the contract amounts to 1.143.350,00 € excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: 1.417.754,00 €). Before the end of the contract, the Contracting Authority may decide to exercise the right of option - Increase of the Physical Object, as described in this tender, up to the amount of 335.450,00 € excluding VAT 24% (budget with VAT: 415.958,00 €, VAT 24% 80.508,00 €) Consequently, the total maximum estimated value of the contract, including the rights of option referred to above, amounts to 1.478.800,00 € excluding VAT 24% (budget with VAT: 1.833.712,00 €, VAT 24%: 354.912,00 €). The exercise of the right of option is subject to the approval of its funding. The total duration of the contract is set at thirty-six months (36) months and is considered the period from the date of signature of the contract until the submission of the last deliverable. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, based on the best quality-price ratio.
