Netherlands – Software supply services – DOS-2026-0001119 Raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van standaard software, diensten en SAAS ten behoeve van provincie Zuid-Holland - 2026

The province of Zuid-Holland published a tender in 2022 for the supply of Software and Services. The framework agreement concluded at the time will reach its maximum value and therefore expire at the end of 2026. The province of Zuid-Holland uses a large number of software packages to provide its services. For the supply of software licences or subscriptions, SAAS, support and maintenance on this software or solutions and for the supply of additional licences, the contracting authority has concluded various agreements with suppliers of these products and/or services. In order to ensure the lawful continuation of the service provision and to guarantee continuity, it has been decided to award the current Contract to the EU and to contract one (1) Contractor who can carry out the requested supplies and/or services according to the tender guidance, incl. the annexes including the Programme of Requirements.
