The AWB Bad Kreuznach intends to conclude a Managed-Service contract for cloud, operational and support services for future IT operations. The aim is to select a high-performance service provider that will transition the existing IT operating environment into a modern, secure, scalable and economically viable cloud operating model and reliably take over the ongoing technical operation. The service to be procured includes not only the provision of technical cloud resources, but a comprehensive operating model encompassing infrastructure, migration, security, backup, monitoring, support, documentation and necessary on-site services. The future operating model is to reliably support the existing administrative, billing, communication and operating processes of the AWB and at the same time provide a clear basis for the further technical and organisational development of IT operations.
