Total consultancy tender with negotiations is offered for the planning and execution of a new sports complex and outdoor areas. The task is an order from the Culture & Leisure Administration in the Municipality of Copenhagen, to Byggeri København, which is the Municipality of Copenhagen's building owner organisation, and manages the task on behalf of the administrations. The tender concerns total consultancy in all phases from the initial idea to the 1st year of follow-up. The order includes the new construction of a new sports complex consisting of two sports halls for multifunctional sports use, a movement room and an indoor tennis and padel hall, as well as associated support functions such as storage rooms, changing rooms, meeting rooms, café kitchen, foyer, etc. In addition, the order also includes the upgrade of the outdoor areas with the new laying of outdoor tennis courts, path systems, and meeting places with seating and outdoor fitness areas. This also includes the establishment of new bicycle parking spaces and car parking spaces. The order also includes the demolition of the existing Hall 3 to make way for the new hall complex.
