Denmark – Group pension services – Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S' udbud af firmapensionsordning og sundhedsforsikring

The procurement concerns a company pension scheme for all current and future employees of Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S (hereafter "By & Havn") as well as a health insurance for all current and future employees in By & Havn. There are currently 142 employees in the company pension scheme, the pension contribution is obligatory 15%, which is currently placed with Velliv and is directly serviced. By & Havn has, however, entered into a PM agreement with an independent advisor, BEDSTpension, which continuously evaluates the scheme, and which assists By & Havn with this procurement. There is a total fund of 167 million DKK in the scheme and an average annual contribution per employee of approximately 105,000 DKK. By & Havn has approximately 41 additional employees who are covered by a collective bargaining agreement. These employees shall not be covered by the company pension scheme, but shall – together with the employees – be covered by the health insurance. By & Havn currently has a health insurance with Dansk Sundhedssikring.
